Every step of our manufacturing process, from design to delivery, is carefully controlled to assure the highest possible quality products. All phases are closely monitored to guarantee greater production flexibility, faster turn-around time and quicker problem resolution.
For optics, our highly trained engineers and technicians employ state-of-the-art interferometers, auto collimators, and optical comparators to inspect and measure the various critical optical parameters: surface figure, surface quality, dimensions, etc. For coatings, the latest UV-NIR and IR spectrophotometers are used to verify the performance of all our coatings.
Several types of lasers including Argon-Ion, HeNe, high power YAG and CO2 lasers, are used to measure scattering, phase retardation, reflectivity and to conduct absorption and laser damage threshold measurement. An ellipsometer is used to test phase shift and polarization.
