Our new, modern 8400 sq. ft. Northern California optical, engineering, and manufacturing facility is capable of producing prototype lenses as well as volume quantities, all under one roof.
Our processes feature:
- Grinding House: where CNC shaping, generating, grinding, and edging operations are performed.
- Polishing is where our various machines produce surface configurations true to 1/20th of a wave.
- Spherical and Plano Diameter 1 mm to 609.6mm
- Cylindrical Diameter up to 588mm

- Parallelism and Wedge .0025 mm to 2 arc seconds

- State-of-the-art alignment equipment for assembly, accuracy to 0.2 um lens centration and 0.5 arc second flatness.
Specifications include:
- Polish to test plate, interferometer and laser accuracy and beyond.
- Multiple blocked cylindrical elements can be produced in quantities of several thousand
- Hybrid lens forms contain varying spherical and cylindrical surfaces
- Modern automatic, high-speed slurry polishers that can handle lenses up to 660 mm in diameter

Our extensive manufacturing equipment enables us to transform glass of all shapes and sizes into the finished product.
